Posizione Kelly, per importante azienda cliente, ricerca e seleziona un/una Mechanical Project Engineer. La risorsa individuata si occuperà di gestire gli interventi di realizzazione e manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli immobili di proprietà aziendale (spazi espositivi, centri congressi, strutture alberghiere) con particolare riferimento alla progettazione impiantistica meccanica, HVAC, idraulica e antincendio. Responsabilità La posizione prevede le seguenti responsabilità: Elaborazione dei disegni CaD a supporto di studi di fattibilità e progetti Preventivazione per stime di budget e predisposizione degli allegati tecnici per richieste di preventivi o gare di appalto Verifiche e sopralluoghi durante lo sviluppo dei lavori Verifiche degli stati di avanzamento dei lavori proposti dalle Imprese Assistenza al Committente nell'adempimento dei compiti di cui al Titolo IV del D.lgs 81/2008 Assistenza al Datore di Lavoro, al Dirigente Delegato e al Preposto nell'assolvimento degli adempimenti previsti all'art. 26 del D.Lgs 81/2008 Partecipazione alle riunioni di coordinamento della sicurezza con le imprese affidatarie e le imprese esecutrici Verifica dell'idoneità Tecnico Professionale delle imprese incaricate per l'esecuzione dei lavori secondo quanto previsto dal D.lgs 81/2008 Requisiti I requisiti richiesti per la posizione sono: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore maturata presso società di ingegneria, costruzione o asset management in ambito civile Buona conoscenza del software AutoCAD e del pacchetto Office Buone capacità di "problem solving", iniziativa, determinazione, abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi sia in autonomia che all'interno di un gruppo Possesso del diploma di geometra, perito tecnico o laurea in ambito affine È preferibile l'abilitazione ad assumere incarichi di CSE e CSP di cui al D.lgs 81/2008 Sede di Lavoro Milano e provincia Offerta Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda e la proposta sarà commisurata in base all'esperienza della persona inserita.
