We enable our clients to provide excellent customer experience thus systematically increasing satisfaction, loyalty; Tasks Qualifications/Experience Studies of business administration or equivalent experience in sales/communication and/or project management Your tasks with us Set-up of survey-based projects (especially Mystery Shopping) Quality control of the collected data Communication with all stakeholders in the project (suppliers, staff, customer organization) Professional experience in the field of market research or comparable projects is helpful but not a requirement Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, preferably also PowerPoint. Good feeling for language Very good spelling skills You have a good command of English in speaking and writing. Benefits Attractive remuneration
