Gauzy is a world-leading material science company, focused on the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of vision and light control technologies that support safe, sustainable, comfortable, and agile user experiences across various industries.

To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy’s architectural business, we are looking for a Europe Sales Manager (m/w/d) to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry. To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy’s architectural business.

This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions, and smart design for offices and to manage key accounts technology projects while working in an entrepreneurial start-up company.

Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France, Portugal, (Spain), Benelux, and Scandinavia incl. Iceland.
  • Work closely together with the partner network in the area, both Retrofit and Glass Processors.
  • Follow-up Leads.
  • Find new opportunities especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
  • Business development.
  • Keeping Salesforce up-to-date for the market area.
  • Ensure that all customer orders are following procedure.
  • Liaise with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing.
Requirements
  • Took away years of experience in managing large office development projects in the office design industry
  • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree or certification from a previous workplace indicates significant field experience - Advantage
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry
  • Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry - Advantage
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries as well
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI
  • You can work under pressure, be self-driven, be flexible, and be a fast learner
  • Ability to present project on C-Level - Must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills are required
  • Proficient in English - Must
