Junior Accounting Assistant
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and gain hands‐on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and administrative activities within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Support the recording of basic accounting entries (customer / supplier invoices, general ledger, expense reports).
Assist in account reconciliation activities (bank, customers, suppliers).
Help manage e‐invoicing and document archiving.
Support month‐end and year‐end closing activities (reconciliations, reports).
Collaborate in preparing VAT returns and other tax compliance activities.
Carry out general administrative tasks (document management, database updates).
Diploma in Accounting or a bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Team player with good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of English (A2–B1 level).
Previous experience (even internship) in administrative or accounting roles.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Basic understanding of VAT regulations and the purchase / sales invoice process.
