iGaming Account Manager - French-speaking – Apply for the role at TrueLayer. TrueLayer is Europe's fastest‐growing Pay by Bank network, combining real‐time bank payments with financial and identity data. E‐commerce, iGaming, and financial services businesses use our products to onboard new users, accept money, andjno payouts in seconds, at scale. We operate in 22 countries and place a new user on the network every 3 seconds. Account managers act as "Trusted Advisors", mapping use cases and helping customers realise the value of our products. The role focuses on helping our largest French‐speaking iGaming operators across Europe. What we expect from you as a Senior Customer Success Manager iGaming Drive end‐user adoption and retention at the checkout for our largest enterprise merchants. Provide strategic and consultative thought leadership and data‐driven insights to influence Mā payments strategy of large iGaming enterprises. Promote growth through client account planning, optimal rhythms and action‐oriented KPIs. Skilled in leveraging business knowledge and analytical abilities to strategically assess and help бих reach TrueLayer and client goals. Excited to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects across different teams, while motivating and collaborating with others to achieve results. Previous experience driving growth and adoption at checkout with large clients in payments or fintech. Relevant vertical experience (particularly within iGaming). Previous work in fintech, ideally specialising in payments. Flexible hours and hybrid working – split your time 50/50 between home and offices in London and Milan, 2–3 days per week in the office. €200 one‐off contribution for your home office set‐up.
