She/he will be an integral part of the Purchasing/Planning team, supporting the business with various administration duties and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Manage purchase orders (direct and indirect) upon availability check or external departments.
Provide and publish KPI data periodically.
Minimum qualification requirement: Diploma.
A good knowledge of the English language (writing, comprehension, speaking).
If possible, previous experience working in a purchasing and/or planning environment.
Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, colleagues, and suppliers.
You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). You will receive a company laptop computer, and you will have access to the company canteen.
