As our Email Marketing Designer, you’ll lead the visual development of Eight Sleep’s email marketing - from high-performing lifecycle flows to product launches and promotional campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Lifecycle, Growth, and Design teams to create email experiences that not only look beautiful but also drive real business impact. This role sits in our Milan office and reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Design: Create visually compelling, on-brand emails for all stages of the customer journey—from onboarding to retention to reactivation. Validate: Use performance data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions and propose A/B testing ideas
Help evolve our email design system while staying grounded in our style guide and voice
Collaborate with the Lifecycle team (copywriter, implementation manager) as well as Product and Brand to concept and execute high-performing email designs
Design emails for campaigns, product launches, flows, onboarding, newsletters, and more
Maintain consistency with Eight Sleep’s brand guidelines while iterating on layout and design innovation
Help evolve the visual identity of our emails and push our brand forward
2+ years of professional experience in visual design, email marketing, or digital brand execution
~ Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, high-performing email designs for consumer brands
~ Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of mobile-first and direct response design principles
~ Excellent visual storytelling skills and understanding of brand voice, hierarchy, and layout
~ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and creative teams
~ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to improve email performance through design

Experience working on DTC or consumer hardware brands
Exposure to performance marketing and data-informed design workflows
