You'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and equip the sales force with the tools, insights, and support needed to succeed. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands‐on execution — from developing account frameworks and analytics, creating innovative customer solutions, to mentoring team members and representing the business key stakeholders. This is a high‐impact role at the heart of our commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management Partner with sales team to foster relationships with Enterprise Accounts. Partner with sales team on strategy for country/region programs and agreements. Partner with Government, Private Group, and GPO Enterprise Accounts to communicate the divisional strategy for growth and business preservation. Act as the point of contact for Enterprise Account RFPs. Strategize with Enterprise Account Management team and cross‐divisional partners on key customers. Identify opportunities to maximize business by converting various GPO/Private Group/Enterprise Account agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including Sales Leaders, Enterprise Accounts, FLEX, Marketing, Legal, ProCare, and Finance. Partner with Stryker Flex Financial to develop financial programs/tools for the division. Partner with the COE Tenders, Contracts & Pricing team to develop analytical tools and customer data for targeting and tracking. Partner with Marketing to identify and develop custom solutions for Enterprise Accounts, ensuring alignment with divisional strategy. Partner with Finance and leadership to identify price capture opportunities and create execution strategies. Work closely with cross‐divisional branches to drive collaboration and improve return on investment. Support cross‐divisional leaders and managers on business opportunities. Market Insights & Business Analytics Gather market data and provide industry analyses as needed. Continuously assess relevant markets to identify business opportunities, products, and services. Provide timely, informative data to enable effective pricing and programming decisions. Develop and implement reports to validate program performance and present results to management. Relationship Building & Representation Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships throughout the sales cycle and post‐sale. Engage with executive‐level leaders internally and externally to grow relationships, identify opportunities, and maximize agreements. Recommend participation in industry exhibitions and contribute to campaigns/programs in collaboration with Medical Education. Training, Mentoring & Development Collaborate with Sales Training team and contribute to the training of sales and/or marketing colleagues. Participate in onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge‐sharing activities to strengthen the sales force. What you need Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 10 years of overall experience. 3 years of high‐level negotiation sales experience (C‐suite, GPO, etc.) with a proven track record in managing strategic commercial projects and delivering measurable business value. Direct experience in the Medical Devices field. Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategies that align with overall business objectives. Strong expertise in commercial strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Fluency in English and Italian (Spanish will be a strong plus). Exceptional communication and relationship‐building skills, particularly with cross‐functional and executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. Fluency in Spanish. Prior experience working with Enterprise or divisional strategic accounts. Territory & Travel Territory: Southern Europe. Travel: Up to 60%. Role Type: Field‐based. Base Location: Milan area preferred (within approximately one hour's drive from the city); Rome alternatively. Any major city in Spain may be considered if the candidate has strong Italian language skills and an existing professional network.
