Account Director - RomeDepartment: Indicia - Client ServicesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: RomeReporting To: Andrew GribbleDescriptionAs an Account Director, you'll be the senior in-market lead responsible for managing and developing one of adm Indicia's largest global client partnerships. Reporting to the Regional Client Partner, you'll lead a team of 3–5 and serve as the key link between the client and adm Indicia, ensuring all local activities align with both immediate business needs and long-term strategic goals.You'll collaborate closely with marketing, brand, shopper, and procurement teams to deliver insight-led, innovative solutions that elevate performance and drive ROI.ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the client relationship, aligning activity with commercial and marketing priorities.Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, shopper, brand, and procurement.Ensure delivery meets all contractual KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.Champion continuous improvement through process, creative, and operational innovation.Strong commercial understanding, including P&L management.Deep understanding of shopper strategy, retail, and brand activation.Confident engaging senior stakeholders across marketing, procurement, and commercial functions.Fluency in Italian requiredEqual Opportunitiesadm-Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
