LTT.SRL, an innovative BIM design and development company, is looking for 2 BIM Specialist MEP positions to join the team in their Rome office. The sought-after candidates will be integrated into a young and dynamic work group and will continuously interface with the BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager through daily and weekly reporting on development, ongoing activities in the BIM environment, calculations, and reports, in order to adhere to operational development procedures, standards, and delivery timelines. Responsibilities: Creation and management of MEP disciplinary BIM models using Revit software for all project phases; Creation and management of parametric MEP families; Management of point cloud data for Scan-to-BIM modeling; Export and management of IFC models; Preparation of technical drawings, reports, and project documentation from the BIM model. Required skills: Advanced knowledge of Revit software; Good knowledge of other software in the AEC Collection suite, particularly Navisworks Manage, Dynamo, Civil 3D, AutoCAD; Knowledge of collaborative work through remote AcDat BIM360; Knowledge of computational data extraction procedures and preferably knowledge of computational software (Primus, Mosaico, STR Vision); Minimum knowledge of the BIM UNI 11337 and ISO 19650 regulations; Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, dedicated to teamwork in order to achieve common objectives and undertake continuous professional growth in BIM; Fair knowledge of the English language; BIM Specialist UNI 11337/7 and PDR 78/2020 certification appreciated. Theoretical and operational interviews will be held on BIM modeling and management software. Five non-consecutive and optional remote working days per month.
