Permitting Specialist (PV / BESS) Sede: Assago, Milano, Italia RAL: (dipende da anni di esperienza) + bonus MBO/KPI Descrizione del ruolo . Azienda attiva in Italia dal 2015, con un piano di crescita ambizioso e una pipeline in costante espansione (oltre 10 nuovi progetti all’anno su tutto il territorio nazionale). Sviluppa e gestisce internamente i propri impianti, con un solido supporto finanziario interno e una forte presenza nel mercato delle rinnovabili. La figura, inserita nel team di sviluppo, sarà responsabile della gestione dell’intero ciclo di sviluppo dei progetti fotovoltaici, dalla prefattibilità fino all’ottenimento delle autorizzazioni necessarie alla costruzione Principali responsabilità Analisi di prefattibilità e valutazione preliminare dei terreni o coperture idonee, in linea con le strategie aziendali, i budget di investimento e le tempistiche autorizzative. Redazione di studi vincolistici e analisi territoriali per individuare le aree utili allo sviluppo degli impianti. Coordinamento delle pratiche autorizzative e dei rapporti con consulenti esterni, enti locali e autorità competenti, fino all’ottenimento di tutti i titoli abilitativi. Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento dei progetti, gestione documentale e supporto durante le fasi di due diligence. Partecipazione a sopralluoghi, conferenze dei servizi e incontri con enti pubblici e stakeholder. Aggiornamento e interpretazione della normativa urbanistica, ambientale e paesaggistica, con comunicazione chiara delle implicazioni operative ai team interni. Collaborazione con le funzioni legale, tecnica, fiscale e finanziaria per garantire la conformità e la coerenza dei progetti. Supporto amministrativo nella preparazione di report, checklist, presentazioni e documentazione contrattuale (LOI, PSPA, SPA). Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura, Urbanistica o discipline affini. 4–7 anni di esperienza in ruoli di sviluppo o permitting nel settore delle energie rinnovabili. Buona conoscenza della normativa urbanistica e ambientale nazionale e regionale. Ottime capacità relazionali e di gestione dei rapporti con enti pubblici e consulenti. Buona padronanza degli strumenti GIS e dei software di analisi territoriale (preferibile).
