We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to support our client based in Frascati, Italy.

This position is open to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99 (“Rules for the right to work of disabled people”).

The scope of work will include:

• Defining and documenting user requirement related to the evolution activities.
• Designing new IT solutions aligned with the user requirements.
• Implementing IT solutions in test or validation environments.
• Overseeing the infrastructure upgrades, change of configuration and deployments in the production environment.
• Preparing and reviewing technical documentations.
• Designing, documenting and deploying Proof of Concepts (POCs) on new IT solutions.
• Coordinating pilots (engaging users, collecting and documenting their feedback) on new IT services.
• Participating in meetings and presentations when needed.

The following skills and experience are mandatory:

• A technical degree in Information Technology or an alternative relevant domain.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical experience in designing and implementing solutions based on one or more of the following Microsoft 365 products:
  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Teams.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based identity management technologies such as Microsoft Azure AD and AD Connect.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Online mailbox, mail flow rules and Global Address List administration.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) and Mobile Applications Management (Android, iOS) using Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
• Willingness to keep expanding your technical knowledge.

The following skills and experiences would be an asset:

• Experience working in a large organization (supporting over 2000 users)
• Hands-on experience in any of the following:
  • Microsoft Teams administration
  • Microsoft OneDrive administration
  • Windows Hello for Business configuration
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Environment management, License management, Dataverse, Data Loss Prevention policies).
  • Microsoft Dynamics365
  • Microsoft SharePoint Online (Administration, SharePoint Site Collections management, External sharing functionalities).
  • Microsoft Defender (MDO, MDE, MDI, etc.)
  • Microsoft Autopilot based solutions design and deployment.
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Microsoft Azure services (App Registration, Synapse, Fabric, Viva, etc.).
