We’re seeking a Junior Treasury Accountant to join our dynamic Finance Department at Costa's Headquarter in Genoa, Italy. This role will focus on bank transaction reconciliation and supporting our Treasury Refunds Team. How you'll live your ambition As a Junior Treasury Accountant, you will be at the heart of our cash operations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of bank transactions and supporting refund processes. You will contribute to the financial integrity of our operations by maintaining high standards and collaborating across teams. Demonstrate your passion You will ensure accuracy by analyzing bank transactions uploaded into the Treasury System and verifying alignment with forecasts. You will maintain financial compliance by correctly allocating transactions into the Accounting System. You will support our Treasury Refunds Team by managing refund requests and ensuring timely release, whether automatic or manual. You will contribute to the effectiveness of our cash management processes and help drive improvements. Get things right You will work with financial data to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation. You will enhance treasury tools and systems, always seeking innovative ways to improve efficiency. What makes you unique You will leverage your experience in cash management and financial reporting to support treasury operations with precision. You will apply your strong knowledge of accounting principles and cash flow processes to ensure financial accuracy. You will communicate fluently in English and embrace diversity as a global citizen.
