All benefits are applicable at company discretion Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides Manage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans Deliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership Experience in corporate culture–driven hiring and training Ability to conduct effective 1:1 communication using feedback models Confident public speaking and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Travel industry experience preferred By applying to this ad, you would be automatically giving Grand Circle your consent for processing your data in recruitment process.
