Your mission - Support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement - Collaborate with the technical team to assist in organizing product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and end customers - Maintain regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and support ongoing business opportunities - Collect and report information on market trends, competitor activities, dealer performance, and customer feedback to support commercial decisions Your profile - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent proven experience in the earthmoving industry - 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, or related industrial sectors - Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Solid market awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support customers effectively - Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad Why us?- Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and international brand in the construction equipment sector - Competitive salary package with comprehensive benefits - Flat hierarchies, open communication, and a supportive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
