Lobby Host presence will create warm, personal, and memorable moments for every guest. Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide variety of Guest enquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, among others Stay current with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas Provide support to Management as required, in cases of emergency Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service Anticipate needs and offer proactive assistance. Serve as a visible host in the lobby space. Supports keeping the lobby physical space curated and welcoming at each time of the day. Collaborate with front desk, guest services and F&B teams to ensure seamless experiences. Monitor the fire alarm and intrusion detection system Answer to internal and external phone calls as well as the Kipsu messaging system Makes every guest feel genuinely seen, valued, and appreciated - transforming good service into true hospitality.
