Job Description For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for an Operations Quality Manager who will focus on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for our product and processes.
Our product portfolio includes CT (current measurement transformers), VT (voltage measurement transformers), COMPASS and PASS (hybrid multifunctional modules). The range of our product is from 72 kV to 800 kV.
Be responsible for the Operations Quality team, the development of daily operational support activities and other corporate functions for quality issue cases.
Be responsible for the team's efficiency and continuous improvements including analysis, methods, and reporting methodology.
Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for manufactured materials, components, or products.
Ensure the proper implementation of the PFMEA process in Operations.
Build and maintain the infrastructure and systems necessary to ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
Report and troubleshoot manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.
Conduct root cause analysis of issues related to production.
Participate in internal and external audits as a representative of operation quality.
Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
Lead and plan the skills and development of team members.

Your Background Master’s degree and above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related area preferred.
5+ years of working experience.
Structured thinking, collaboration, result-oriented.
Strong leadership and people management experience, able to handle high work pressure and multitask.
Excellent ability to relate with different organizational levels from blue collar to top management.
Familiarity with High Voltage products; L6S Green Belt or above preferred.
Fluent in English and Italian.
