Maire is also actively engaged in green chemistry and in the development of technologies that support the energy transition. We are currently seeking a Trade & Export Finance Junior Officer to join our Trade & Export Finance and Guarantees team within the Group Finance Department. Main activities and responsibilities: To support senior colleagues in managing bank guarantees (bid bond, advance bond, performance bond, etc) To support senior colleagues in managing the working capital needs for the projects under execution (including factoring transactions, issuance of letters of credit and other supply chain finance instruments) To evaluate, and when necessary, cooperate in the negotiations with third parties (e.g. Clients, Banks & Suppliers) to obtain and manage the payment securities in favor of the Company To cooperate and manage the export financing drawdowns during the projects execution phase To produce and manage the accounting and managerial reporting related to the above activities Required Experience & Skills: Economics Degree Experience of at least 6 months in a Company or Bank Knowledge of Trade Finance products such as bank guarantees, factoring, export finance, letters of credit, supply chain finance Planning, organisational and analytical skills Teamworker and problem-solver Proactive and flexible approach Knowledge of MS Office suite (in particular MS Excel) Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Industries Oil and Gas and Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MAIRE by 2x Get notified about new Trade Finance Officer jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
