We are currently looking for a Functional Solution Architect - REMOTE. The impact of your work will contribute to a more efficient workflow for product teams and improve client satisfaction as they implement innovative digital solutions.
Define scalable configurations balancing customer specificity with long-term maintainability
Configure the platform directly or lead implementation teams on configuration
Validate configurations through functional testing and support user acceptance testing
Troubleshoot functional and configuration-related issues during implementation and after go-live
Define and document data models that support customer processes
Guide customers through data onboarding, including data cleanup, mapping, validation, and migration
Partner with technical teams to support integrations and data flows
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement materials
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align solutions with standards
5–8+ years of experience in retail, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods in a functional consulting or SaaS implementation role
~ Hands‑on experience configuring SaaS platforms, including workflows and data models
~ Experience working directly with customers in a client‑facing role, leading workshops and training
~ 9 Paid Holidays per Year
