AP Accountant

Galileo is looking for an AP Accountant to join our fast-growing team and to take care of AP and closing for all the legal entities of Galileo group across Europe. This person will be based in Milan, reporting to the Head of Accounting.

What you’ll do:

• Collect and process purchase requisitions;
• Verify the approval process of purchase orders;
• Associate purchase invoices with orders and verify their approval;
• Perform accounts payable operations;
• Support the closing process;
• Collaborate on the procure to pay automation project.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, finance or accounting roles;
• Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Accounting or Finance subjects;
• Good knowledge of the English Language;
• Very good communication skills;
• Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work in a team.
