Position Sovrintendere al funzionamento efficiente, conforme e redditizio dell'hotel durante il turno notturno.
Ottimizzare il ricavo delle camere e l'occupazione tramite un controllo efficace delle tariffe, della disponibilità e dell'inventario dell'ultimo minuto.
Agire come rappresentante della direzione durante la notte e come principale punto di contatto per gli ospiti, garantendo una risoluzione tempestiva e discreta di problematiche e situazioni impreviste.
Guidare e supervisionare i colleghi del Front Office notturno, definendo chiaramente i compiti, assicurando flussi di lavoro logici e mantenendo la continuità operativa.
Assicurare che tutte le operazioni notturne rispettino le politiche aziendali, gli Standard di Qualità Leggendari e le procedure dell'hotel.
Mantenere standard eccezionali di igiene personale, cura e condotta professionale tra il personale notturno.
Supportare tutti i reparti dell'hotel operativi durante la notte, fornendo assistenza alle operazioni giornaliere e agli eventi secondo necessità.
Gestire tutti i feedback, reclami e le questioni di recupero del servizio degli ospiti con professionalità, empatia e discrezione.
Favorire una forte comunicazione e collaborazione tra i reparti per garantire operazioni notturne senza soluzione di continuità.
Garantire un passaggio di consegne completo e accurato al Duty Manager in arrivo, salvaguardando la qualità del servizio, la sicurezza e la coerenza operativa.
Gestire tutte le chiamate di prenotazione e le prenotazioni walk-in durante il turno notturno.
Eseguire l'audit notturno giornaliero su Opera, inclusa la night run e tutte le funzioni correlate del sistema.
Effettuare la prima registrazione contabile, inclusa la riconciliazione delle ricevute delle carte di credito, pagamenti effettuati, ricevute di cassa e valuta estera.
Gestire le attività di chiusura finanziaria di fine mese su Opera in coordinamento con il reparto Finanza.
Assicurare che tutte le procedure di audit notturno e di controllo finanziario siano completate accuratamente e nei tempi previsti.
Svolgere qualsiasi altro compito ragionevole assegnato dal Front Office Manager o dalla Direzione dell'Hotel.
