We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to take full ownership of our Google and Meta Ads ecosystem. You will be the engine behind our growth, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our paid campaigns with a focus on high-quality lead generation and measurable ROI.
End-to-End Campaign Management: hands-on setup, management, and scaling of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Setup and validation of pixels, events, and conversion tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Daily monitoring of CPC, CTR, and CPA. You’ll write high-converting copy and craft simple, effective assets using Canva or CapCut to keep our ads fresh and engaging.
Run constant A/B tests on audiences and hooks to fight creative fatigue.
Weekly, data-heavy reporting.
Ability to interpret GA4 data and translate numbers into growth.
Strong copywriting skills for paid ads and basic design/video editing ability (Canva/CapCut).Excellent English proficiency (fluent/native level) as we operate on a global scale.
