#We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator – Industrial Sector

Are you ready to take ownership of complex projects, drive cross-functional coordination, and play a key role in delivering high-quality industrial solutions?
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn challenges into successful outcomes.

#In this role, you will be the central point of contact ensuring that every phase of the project runs smoothly and according to plan:
Lead and coordinate all project activities, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery
Produce, distribute, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
Interface with Project Engineers and technical departments to align priorities and technical requirements
Collaborate closely with the project management team and follow internal best-practice guidelines
Gather feedback, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

#3–7 years of experience, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector
~ Technical background (Engineering, Surveyor, Industrial Technical Diploma)


#Ability to track work progress, identify risks, and proactively accelerate activities when needed
Experience in structuring projects and managing multiple workstreams
Solid proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work autonomously and plan activities effectively
Excellent team player with good English language skills
⭐ Permanent contract
Full-time role (40 hours/week)
