Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technician Location: Netherlands Employment Type: Full-time Contract Type: Long-term (with potential for permanent employment) About the Role: Are you an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in EPLAN? We are looking for professionals who can design, assemble, read, and modify electrical schematics using EPLAN to support industrial machinery projects. You will join a technical team working on new designs, redesigns, and modernization projects for customers operating in high-demand industrial environments. EPLAN experience is the most important requirement for this role. If you work daily with EPLAN, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities: - Electrical design and redesign of industrial machinery and systems - Creating, modifying, and maintaining electrical schematics in EPLAN - Translating technical designs into practical, buildable solutions - Supporting repair, modernization, and end-of-life product solutions - Ensuring accurate electrical documentation and data consistency - Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and production teams - Supporting customer-specific technical solutions when needed Requirements: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technician (or equivalent experience)- Proven hands-on experience with EPLAN (mandatory)- Experience in industrial environments (machinery, manufacturing, OEM, food or automation is a plus)- Ability to understand, assemble, and improve electrical designs - Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset - Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus, not mandatory)- Valid EU passport or permanent EU work authorization required - Visa sponsorship is not available for this position We Offer: 1 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment. Monthly gross salary: 3.000,00 - 4.500,00 (based on experience and education). 25 paid vacation days + paid public holidays. Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually in May. Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km. Relocation support: First housing arranged and upfront payment of rent/deposit if needed €1,500 - €3,000 net relocation bonus Pick-up on arrival and onboarding support (bank, BSN, insurance, etc.) Team onboarding events and community support.
