SOC Analyst L2 page is loaded## SOC Analyst L2locations: ITA - BA - BARItime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 51566528**Job Description:**DXC Technology Italy is looking for a **SOC Analyst L2** to join Security DXC Team in Bari.**Main Responsibilities:*** Analyze and validate alerts from SIEM and other monitoring tools.* Conduct in-depth investigations on security incidents and advanced threats (APT, malware, phishing).* Coordinate containment and remediation activities with internal teams.* Update and improve playbooks and operational procedures.* Write technical reports and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.**Technical Requirements:*** At least 2-3 years of experience in SOC or cybersecurity.* Knowledge of SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), IDS/IPS, firewalls, EDR.* Skills in forensic analysis and incident management.* Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).* Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, GCIA, or similar) are considered a plus.**Soft Skills:*** Problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities.* Attention to detail and teamwork orientation.**Location:** Bari with smart working possibilityAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
