Job Opportunities Of Counsel | Attorney We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3 – 5 years of general business litigation experience. Responsibilities Prepare for and attend all trials or other legal proceedings as required Draft, revise and review corporate, business, and other relevant documents Perform thorough investigation of complaints Assessing legal risk and potential damages and proposing recommendations to client Traveling to and attending mediation, deposition and any additional hearing, will be required on a regular basis Qualifications Three to five years of relevant experience Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar is required Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, with an ability to scrutinize the complexities of legal issues to create comprehensive analyses is required Must have a strong ability to organize and prioritize deadlines in a challenging work environment Must demonstrate ability to maintain and update all files despite simultaneously working with a wide range of clients Orange County 6 Centerpointe Drive, Suite 630 La Palma, CA 90623 Tel. +1 714-522-3300
