YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, implementation and maintainance of a full P&L monitoring process and reportsConstruction and simulation of financial models and provides analysis, budget, ROI calculation to support business plans and the decision making process of the service leadership teamDesign a global reporting architecture regarding countries, customers cost centers and contractsDefine and implement standard work processes for budgeting and reporting to gain efficiency Constant monitoring of KPIs and provision of insights of the cost structure, and performance regarding SLAsSupport overall business growth, finance process improvements and simplification, as well as meeting cost commitmentPerform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and prior periods, raise early warning signals highlighting business risks based on trend and lead indicatorsInteraction with cross functional teams to understand the key risks and opportunities to ascertain root causes of variances and provide support in determining actionable countermeasuresBuild and enforce a culture of compliance and take appropriate actions to ensure 100% Compliance as per various GAAP and alpitronic finance policiesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor’s degree in economics, with focus in accounting and financeSeveral years of previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an international matrix companyStrong business analytical skills and good interpretacion of dataAbility to see both the big picture and the detailsVery strong prioritization and organizational skills, as well as managing multiple projects in parallelCapable of building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and partnersHigh sense of integrity and complianceExcellent English language skills, German and/or Italian as a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits WHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
