No prior experience required full training is included to ensure your success in the role. Your main responsibilities Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required. What we are looking for Fluency in Italian C2 level. English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely. Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
