We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead and innovate our sustainability-driven service portfolio roadmap. Define and execute the portfolio and service strategy with a strong focus on sustainability and circular economy principles
Innovate the service roadmap by introducing eco-efficient service offerings, such as life-extension programs, refurbishment, recycling, and digital solutions that reduce environmental impact
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and service product management to embed sustainability into both products and services throughout their lifecycle
Conduct market and regulatory analysis to anticipate trends and integrate them into portfolio and service development plans
Drive business cases for new sustainable services and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives
Support customer engagement with sustainability-focused value propositions for services related to our products
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an extension or specialization in Sustainability or Environmental Management
Minimum 5 years in design or operation of transmission/distribution equipment
Experience with standards and regulatory landscapes affecting T&D equipment
Proven track record in product and/or portfolio management, including service offerings
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, eco-design, and lifecycle assessment
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in both products and services
