With multi-billion-euro turnover, global operations and a strong reputation for engineering excellence, the business is driving the transition to clean energy through continuous innovation and investment in large-scale projects.The Opportunity The company is strengthening its construction team in Italy and is hiring a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar projects across the Piedmont region.Key Responsibilities Study project scope, engineering drawings, BOM, purchase orders and subcontract packages Report daily and weekly progress to the Project Manager Supervise subcontractor installation activities with support from site engineers Track and report all materials received onsite Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to secure timely deliveries Ensure compliance with company technical standards, local norms, and project requirements Manage site facilities including offices, utilities (water, electricity, internet), cleaning and local supplier contracts Act as the site's safety representative ("preposto alla sicurezza") Interface with DL and CSE where requiredRequirements Minimum 5 years of site management experience in construction (solar/BESS/EPC preferred) Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) is an advantage Strong command of MS Office and AutoCAD Able to lead, coordinate, negotiate and manage subcontractors Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Willing to be based in Piedmont Fluent Italian and EnglishBenefits Competitive compensation package Professional, supportive working environment Continuous training and development Culture built on collaboration, innovation, and fast execution
