The Global Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec's Shore Power portfolio. Driving product development and improvements Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities Product Management & Development Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams . Monitor product performance metrics , including quality, profitability, and turnover. #Develop business cases and sales collateral to support commercial activities. #Train sales teams on product knowledge and applications. MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). ~ 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development . ~ Fluent in English (Italian is a plus). ~ Up to 30% travel , primarily within Europe , with potential global engagements.
