The Job: As the Social Digital Specialist, you'll be part of our GCX SEMEA team. You'll get to: /pulliDevelop and execute social media strategies that support global and regional brand plans and deliver against key marketing initiatives. /liliAlign campaign objectives and content execution, including lead generation activities, in partnership with the Local Digital Marketing Manager and Central Brand Teams. /liliManage organic and paid social media activity across relevant channels, while incorporating user-generated content into broader brand strategies. /liliMonitor brand sentiment through social listening and use insights to strengthen customer experience, support customer retention, and help acquire new customers. /liliInterpret performance metrics and act on insights to optimise campaign execution and improve social media effectiveness. /liliManage social media operations through agreed technology platforms such as Social Bakers and other approved tools. /liliPartner closely with customer support teams to resolve customer service issues raised through social media channels. /liliTrack, evaluate, and report regularly on social media interactions, campaign performance, and audience engagement. /liliMonitor trends across social, digital, and mobile media, and contribute innovative ideas through regular brainstorming sessions to support business growth. /You're not intimidated by innovation.
