IT SERVICE MANAGER
We are hiring for our office in Padova, a talented IT Senior Service Manager.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years working experience in the role.
Hybrid work is allowed, always when possible.
Manage and coordinate the delivery of Managed Services for assigned clients;
Guarantee the quality of the services provided by monitoring SLAs and KPIs;
Coordinate service, troubleshooting and support;
Prepare Service Reports and carry out Service Reviews;
Develop Problem Management and Service Improvement plans;
Support Service Design;
Serve as a focal point for the needs and issues of assigned customers and internal Operations Teams;
Implement projects to improve IT processes, systems and operations;
Manage customer expectations and relationships;
Service Risk Management & Fire-drill Tests implementation;
Provide support for the revision of the annual budget for the clients;
P& L management/check;
ITIL Foundation certification;

Written and spoken fluent English and Italian is required;
Knowledge of IT Service Management framework and best practices;
Problem solving, team working, planning and risk management skills;
MS Office and related software deep knowledge;
