- selezione di risorse finalizzate alla realizzazione del progetto;
- pianificazione delle attività e organizzazione del team di lavoro;
- analisi e valutazione dei rischi ed eventuale risoluzione di problemi;
- monitoraggio andamento commessa;
- aggiornamento costante di costi, quesiti tecnici e tempistiche di realizzazione del progetto, garantendo gli standard di qualità previsti.
- diploma ad indirizzo tecnico o gestionale, preferibilmente geometra/CAT;
- esperienza anche minima nella medesima mansione;
- conoscenza del pacchetto office e ottimo utilizzo del computer;
- organizzazione metodica e precisa del lavoro;
- orientamento al risultato;
- problem solving.
