PoweredByPossibility We are hiring a: Sales Executive – Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power About the role As a Sales Executive at Watlow, you will lead commercial initiatives and drive profitable revenue growth, with a primary focus on the oil & gas, chemical, and power industries in Italy. This role is essential for expanding our presence in these strategically significant and technically complex sectors. Success in this position requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a strong customer‐centric approach, with a particular focus on Key Account Management and Strategic Selling to establish and nurture long‐term, high‐value partnerships. What You'll Do The Sales Executive Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power will lead the commercial activities and drive profitable revenue growth across the targeted Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power industries in Europe, with a primary focus on Italy. You will develop and execute a go‐to‐market strategy balancing EPC, End User and OEM, build key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver superior value. The role will require travel within Italy with possible overseas travel to meet with European and Worldwide Colleagues for Community / Sales meetings / Trade shows / conferences. What You'll need to succeed? Proven experience in sales / business development in an industrial B2B environment, ideally in thermal systems, process automation equipment, or processing sectors. Strong technical understanding of industrial processes related to Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power is highly preferred. Proven track record in Key Account Management and Strategic Selling, with demonstrable success in complex sales cycles and high‐value negotiations driving profitable revenue growth, Gross Margin, up to sustainable EBITDA. Experience working within a matrixed global organization and influencing across functions. Fluent in English and Italian. J-18808-Ljbffr
