About the job

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Online Reputation Management (ORM) Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online reputation of several companies within our group. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ORM, with a proven track record of successful case management.

Responsibilities

  • Reputation Strategy Development:

    • Conduct an initial audit of the current online reputation for all companies within the group.

    • Develop and implement comprehensive online reputation management strategies based on audit findings.

    • Monitor and assess the online presence of our brands and identify potential reputation risks.

    • Ensure our reputation is maintained at a high or even the highest possible level across all platforms.

  • Copyright and Brand Protection:

    • Proactively monitor and identify copyright violations across all digital platforms.

    • Take immediate action against unauthorized use of our content, images, websites, and trademarks.

    • Implement and manage takedown procedures for violations.

  • Monitoring and Analysis:

    • Use ORM tools to monitor brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across various online platforms (social media, review sites, forums, blogs, etc.).

  • Response Management:

    • Address any negative reviews or comments and engage with audiences to resolve issues and improve brand perception.

    • Ensure the company’s products maintain an excellent reputation.

  • Content Creation for Branding:

    • Create compelling content to enhance branding keywords and overall brand presence.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy.

  • Crisis Management:

    • Develop and implement crisis management plans to address potential reputation threats.

    • Act as the point of contact during crisis situations and ensure quick and effective resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online reputation management with successful cases.

  • Experience in copyright protection and brand defense.

  • Strong understanding of digital rights management.

  • Proven track record of handling multiple company profiles simultaneously. (at least 1 is mandatory, multiple is nice to have)

  • Strong understanding of ORM tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, review sites, and other online channels.

  • Ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences.

  • Crisis management and problem-solving skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) time zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Interview Process
