Şube, ekip ve operasyon yönetimi konusunda kanıtlanmış tecrübe
Pazarlama operasyonları, kampanya yönetimi, saha ve back-office süreçlerine hâkim
Günlük operasyonun içinde aktif rol alabilecek, gerektiğinde sahaya inebilen
Bütçe, kârlılık, süreç ve performans hedefleri doğrultusunda strateji geliştirebilen
Analitik, sonuç odaklı ve problem çözme yetkinliği yüksek
Güçlü iletişim, temsil ve liderlik becerilerine sahip
Tercihen iyi seviyede İngilizce (İtalyanca artı değer)
MS Office ve raporlama araçlarını etkin kullanabilen
İş Tanımı
Trieste şubesinin tüm operasyonel, idari ve ticari süreçlerini bizzat yürütmek ve yönetmek
Günlük operasyonun sürekliliğini sağlamak; süreçleri takip etmek, iyileştirmek ve gerektiğinde uygulamaya almak
Pazarlama ve satış operasyonlarını sahada ve ofiste aktif şekilde yönetmek
Pazarlama kampanyalarının planlanması, uygulanması ve operasyonel takibini yapmak
Şube ekibinin günlük iş planlarını oluşturmak, operasyonel performansını izlemek
Müşteri kazanımı, operasyonel verimlilik ve kârlılık hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek
Şube bütçesini ve operasyonel maliyetleri yönetmek
Merkez ile koordinasyon içinde düzenli raporlama yapmak
