We are seeking a motivated Junior Controller to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls. The Junior Controller will work closely with finance stakeholders to support month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This job is based in Belluno, Italy, and regular on‑site presence is required. Salary: €27,000 - €32,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring financial data is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor financial data, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions where necessary.
- Assist in maintaining accounting controls, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process and manage approval requests related to operational and capital expenditures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, analysis, and business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, controlling, auditing, financial analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Native Italian and intermediate English language skills are mandatory.

- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
