The hotel's proximity to St. As Bar Manager, you will lead the bar operations across the resort, ensuring exceptional beverage service that reflects the hotel's luxury standards and Venetian heritage. You will oversee a team of bartenders and bar staff, curate beverage menus, maintain product quality, and uphold a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Managing and supervising all bar operations across the resort
Leading, training, and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional service
Ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in beverage preparation and presentation
Monitoring stock levels, ordering, and inventory management
Controlling costs and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards
Collaborating with F& B Management on service concepts, promotions, and events
Maintaining bar areas to luxury appearance standards at all times
Ensuring smooth coordination with Restaurant, Banqueting, and Events departments
Handling guest feedback, VIP service, and special requests with professionalism
Previous experience as Bar Manager or senior Bar Supervisor in luxury hospitality
Strong leadership, mixology, and customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beverage trends
Ability to train, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
Strong organizational and financial management abilities
Creativity in cocktail design and bar concepts
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
A polished, professional, and guest-oriented approach
