We are looking for a Privacy & Compliance Specialist to join our Legal Department. You will support daily legal operations, driving GDPR compliance, managing contract lifecycles, and supporting corporate governance (including Legislative Decree 231⁄2001 and AML regulations).
Key Responsibilities
Privacy & Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance, draft privacy policies/DPAs, support DPIAs, handle data subject requests, and assist with Legislative Decree 231⁄2001 frameworks, Supervisory Bodies (OdV), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, and internal audits. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, vendor/customer agreements, DPAs) ensuring legal alignment; maintain template archives and contract lifecycles. Legal Support: Monitor legislative updates, draft internal compliance guidelines, and provide operational support to the Legal team. Who We’re Looking For
Education:
Degree in Law.
Experience:
5+ years in Legal/Compliance/Contract Management, including 1+ year dedicated to Compliance. Core
Skills:
Solid knowledge of GDPR, AML frameworks, and hands-on experience in contract drafting/negotiation (NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements). Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Soft
Skills:
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to prioritize. Pluses: Knowledge of Legislative Decree 231⁄2001 and Supervisory Bodies (OdV) activities; previous experience in Consultancy firms or Law firms. Work
