Offer Description nalysis of the health effects of exposure to ambient temperatures and extreme climate events using individual longitudinal data from population cohorts. Integration of environmental, epidemiological, and molecular data through spatiotemporal linkage procedures. Management, quality control, normalization, and post-processing of DNA methylation data. Application of molecular epidemiology, including meet-in-the-middle and epigenetic analyses, to identify biomarkers associated with exposures and their health effects. Development and application of statistical models for the integration of omics data and the investigation of the biological mechanisms underlying the observed associations.
Mandatory requirement for admission to the selection: italian Laurea Magistrale, or Laurea a Ciclo Unico, or an equivalent degree from foreign Universities, obtained no more than 6 years prior to the application deadline (i.e obtained after 13/10/2020).
