Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting
• Management of the team consisting of accountants, real estate accountants, and back office staff, as well as intensive
collaboration on the future structuring of the team based on expansion plans
• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that liquidity is effectively managed across all projects and operations
• Support in managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in real estate or a related industry
• Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Support for professional and personal training and development
