Galzignano Resort, Terme & Golf - - ricerca un / una Event Supervisor La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team di struttura e rappresenterà l'azienda nella gestione delle attività e strategie operative legate ai segmenti MICE e SPORT Principali Responsabilità Gestire operativamente le richieste telefoniche e via mail legate ai segmenti MICE e SPORT; Gestire le attività di back office dell'ufficio eventi e supporto nella organizzazione e gestione operativa degli eventi, compresa la supervisione dell'evento on site; Gestire tutti gli aspetti burocratici dell'evento (contrattazione, contrattualizzazione, fatturazione e pagamento); Organizzare con il manager e site inspections; Supportare la creazione del plan dell'evento e relativo coordinamento Competenze Tecniche Esperienza nello stesso ruolo in contesti similari di almeno 3 anni in hotel 4 stelle e / o villaggi turistici; Buon inglese scritto e parlato. Particolarmente preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua tedesca scritta e parlata; Precisione ed attenzione al dettaglio; Conoscenza del funzionamento del reparto F&B; Capacità di lavorare in team Abilità Personali Spiccate doti relazionali, di comunicazione e di problem solving. Doti organizzative ed operative. Proattività. Predisposizione al contatto e capacità di interazione diretta e costante con il cliente.
