Located just a few kilometers from the sandy beaches of Forte dei Marmi and member of the Relais & Chateaux chain for nearly 40 years, the Hotel and Restaurant have hosted numerous movie stars, magnates and dignitaries. With just 8 highly curated rooms, the property affords an air of exclusivity and mystique hardly equaled in Italy and perhaps the world. About the Role The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members and must be accustomed to working for demanding clients in a high-paced and international environment. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to a team of people Manage operations including suppliers and client relations Recruit and train new hires on business practices Drive development of employees and business Ensure that quality of service is maintained and improved Qualifications Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills Demonstrated ability to lead Comfort working in an international environment with top-level clientele Strong communications skills Required Skills If you love organising to create and delivering amazing experiences to a fascinating clientele this may be the role for you. Pay range and compensation package Commensurate with the level of responsibility of the chosen applicant and appropriate for the role according to current rates.
