HR People Partner

The People Partner reports to the People Director and works closely with the European and global HR team, as well as other global functions like Finance and Legal, and external partners and service providers. We are looking for a senior HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, operational mindset. The People Partner plays a key role in enabling our growth and operations by delivering high-quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations.
Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools.
Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility.
Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR.
Support international mobility and relocation processes.
Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
Travel Normally this position will not require travel, but this requirement may vary
Hours full-time, normal working hours, from Monday to Friday Qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience, out of which 3-5 years within an international environment
Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country: Fluent in English and Italian. Any other European language will be a plus
Keen attention to detail, experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources
Flexible, adaptable, comfortable in dealing with change and competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mentality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
This position requires a Bachelor-level degree
