Nello specifico, ti occuperai di: governance e sistema dei controlli interni (es. Internal Audit, Funzione Compliance, etc) normative applicabili ad intermediari bancari (es. circolare 285), Società di gestione del Risparmio (es. Regolamento sulla gestione collettiva del risparmio), IP/IMEL (es. PSD3), Intermediari assicurativi (es. Regolamenti IVASS) Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti internazionali e nazionali al fianco di professioniste/i che ti aiuteranno ad aumentare le tue conoscenze professionali e relazionali. Specifically, you will be tasked with: internal governance and internal control systems (e.g., Solvency II/ CRD IV); customer protection (e.g., IDD/ Mifid 2); sustainability (e.g., EU Reg 2019/2088 and 2020/852). Skills Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if: at least three years of risk & compliance experience with companies (insurance companies or banks) or consulting companies; a master's degree or other post-graduate degree in business, engineering management or finance with excellent results; an interest in financial services (banking and/or insurance) and a good knowledge of the finance sector's regulatory framework; excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
