Elite Associates is partnering with a contemporary and super fashionable American brand.

Our client is looking for talented Sales Assistants to join their team If you are passionate about fashion, enjoy working with people, and want to help us provide top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.

You must speak Italian and already be based in Milan. Greet and assist customers, providing an excellent shopping experience
Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals
Assist in managing stock levels and store displays

Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar retail role
Full time and part time
Strong communication skills, with a good level of English
Passion for fashion and retail trends
