Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) – Dr. Schär We're seeking a Professional Full Stack Developer to join the Software Engineering team at Dr. Schär. We are looking for someone with solid, practical experience who is ready to bring their precision, excellent soft skills, and collaborative spirit to our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development stack, influence our technical future (cloud readiness), and take ownership of critical internal applications. Responsibilities Full‐Stack Development: Design, code, test, and deploy features across the application stack, ensuring high performance and quality. System Integration: Develop robust console applications and services that integrate with various third‐party systems. This requires a strong ability to consume APIs and meticulously analyze technical documentation. DevOps Focus: Work with Docker in production and actively contribute to our planning for future adoption of Kubernetes and migration to GitHub. Support and Quality: Serve as third‐level support for our applications and uphold our commitment to excellence by producing clear, high‐quality technical and user documentation. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge‐sharing, and bringing new ideas to elevate our team's work and future direction.
