Housekeeping Executive

Job Description:

• Supervise the work of housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, corridors and public areas are zero defect and adhered to the LRA standards, safety and security norms.
• Ensure that occupied rooms are serviced as per guest movement.
• Ensure departure rooms are serviced based on the arrival time of the next guest.
• Ensure maintenance checks and corrections are done and plan preventive maintenance.
• Raise store requisition to ensure team has enough supplies to keep areas ready as per standards.
• Check that equipment is given proper care and maintenance while being used.
• Adopt the established procedure for lost and found articles.
• Ensure adherence to environmental procedures.
• Coordinate single point entry.
• Conduct training as an ongoing process.
• Conduct regular and timely inventories.
• Maintain a record of all assets in the area of responsibility.
• Generate monthly reports.
• Ensure proper handover/communication between various shifts.
• Be responsible for key control and issue.
• Ensure that all guest complaints and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
