Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products and services.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales leads, converting prospects into new customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills : Native German speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills :
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
